2. Description of the Platform
B.E.S.D FINANCEHUB is a financial management platform designed for individuals and businesses in the United States. It provides tools to view, organize, and manage personal and business finances through dashboard components powered by third-party data aggregators and our in-house systems.
Key features include (but are not limited to): Assets and Net Worth, Liabilities, Bank Accounts and Investment Broker Accounts, Debt Management, Saving Tracker, Investments (performance tracking only), Budgeting, Subscriptions, Cash Flow, Bills, Home Value, Car Value, Insurance Coverage tracking, Credit Overview, Identity Protection, Privacy Protection, Loan and Insurance Marketplace, and the Hey-B AI Assistant.
The Platform does not move money, execute trades, or act as a bank, broker-dealer, or licensed financial advisor.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States.
- By using the Platform you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
- If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
4. Account Registration and Security
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security or legal risk.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Platform.

The Platform integrates with third-party services, including Plaid, Array, Marketcheck, affiliate financial product providers, and authentication / infrastructure providers. Your use of these services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.
7. Affiliate Products and Recommendations
- We may receive a commission if you apply for or are approved for a product.
- Recommendations are based on matching, not on commission rates.
- We do not send your financial profile to providers for targeting. Your information is shared with a provider only when you actively choose to request a quote or begin an application.
- We do not guarantee approval, rates, or terms of any third-party product.
8. Hey-B AI Assistant
- All AI-generated content is for informational purposes only.
- It does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
- You should consult a licensed professional before making significant financial decisions.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, software, design, trademarks, and technology on the Platform are owned by B.E.S.D FINANCEHUB or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
10. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, that data from third-party providers is complete or accurate, or that any recommendations or AI insights will meet your needs.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, B.E.S.D FINANCEHUB AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless B.E.S.D FINANCEHUB and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe continued access poses a risk. You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and notify you via the Platform or email. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
